Noobs: General Forum Tweaks

Some people who aren't familiar with vBulletin have been confused when first coming here because of some of the settings:

- Users are auto-subscribed to threads they post on (subscribed threads can be accessed from User CP).

- Newest posts are displayed first, rather than oldest first.

Those are the only 2 major changes I made which would confuse things and they're obvious tweaks but to some they're not.
